• By using this website, you confirm that you are over the age of 18 and are permitted to enter into a legally binding and enforceable contract under the Indian Contract Act, 1872. The Website will not be held liable for any misuse that may occur due to any person, including a minor, using the services provided through the Website. However, you are allowed to ask questions related to minors in your family as per the terms and conditions outlined in this policy.
• To utilize the services, the User will need to register as a Member on the Website, and in doing so, you (the User) agree to provide updated, current, and accurate information when completing the sign-in form. All information you provide to the Website and any updates made are referred to in these Terms as "Registration Data."
• You may create an account using your Website ID (Your Phone Number) and password (OTP) or other login credentials, which can include a Facebook, Gmail, or any other valid email ID. By creating an account, the User represents and warrants that all information submitted is current, accurate, and complete, and that the User will keep this information updated over time. Using another User's account information to access services is strictly prohibited. If it is determined that the information provided on the Website is inaccurate, incomplete, false, or outdated, the Website reserves the right to suspend or terminate the User's account and restrict or refuse future usage of the Website by that User.
• The right to use this Website is personal to the User and is non-transferable to any other individual or entity. The User is responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their passwords and other registration information. The User is entirely accountable for all activities that occur under their account with the Website. The Website cannot and will not be liable for any loss or damage resulting from the User's failure to maintain confidentiality and secrecy. The User must notify the Website immediately if they become aware of any unauthorized use of their Account(s) or any security breaches. The User should log out of their account at the end of each session.
• While using any service, the User will be informed whether the service provided is personal to the Website or is sourced from a Third party. The Website will have no control or oversight over the information shared with any third party through the Website.
• The User agrees, understands, and confirms that his/her personal information, including but not limited to debit and credit card details shared online, is treated with care and security. However, minor risks of theft, misuse, or fraud may be inherent in any digital transaction. While the Website and its Payment Service Provider(s) are committed to providing a safe and reliable transaction experience, certain risks beyond their reasonable control may still exist despite their best efforts.
• The Website does not allow the use of its Services by any User under the following conditions:
  • If the User is a resident of any jurisdiction that may prohibit the use of the Services provided by the Website.
  • If the User is a resident of any State/Country that, by law, regulation, treaty, or administrative action, prohibits entering into trade relations and/or
  • For any religious practices.
  • If the User has created multiple accounts using different mobile numbers. The User may not hold more than one active account with the Website.
• By agreeing to the terms and conditions, the User consents to receive notifications through various channels, including push notifications, WhatsApp, RCS, SMS, and others.

• The Website and any individual Websites accessible through external hyperlinks are considered private property.
• All interactions on this Website, including guidance and advice provided directly by the Licensed Provider, must adhere to these Terms.
• The User is prohibited from posting or transmitting any material through this Website that violates or infringes upon the rights of others, or any material that is unlawful, abusive, defamatory, invasive of privacy, vulgar, obscene, profane, or otherwise objectionable, and that encourages conduct that could be classified as a criminal offense, result in civil liability, or otherwise breach any law.
• The Website reserves the right to suspend or terminate access for such User, or terminate the User's registration, preventing that User from accessing the Website.
• The Website also retains the right to terminate access or to modify or discontinue any aspect or feature of the Website, including, but not limited to, content, graphics, deals, offers, settings, and more.
• Any information provided other than the guidance and advice received directly from the Third-Party Service Provider, including educational materials, graphics, research sources, and other incidental information on the Site, should not be regarded as medical advice.
• The Website does not guarantee the medical advice provided by the third-party service provider, including registered astrologers associated with the site. Users should always consult a qualified healthcare professional for diagnosis and treatment, including guidance on which medications or treatments may be suitable. None of the Content represents or warrants that any specific medication or treatment is safe, appropriate, or effective for you. Sanatan Vision does not endorse any particular tests, medications, products, or procedures.
• The Website does not guarantee against any adverse incidents that may occur to the User after seeking the Service. The Website or the Service Provider offering the advice is not liable and does not guarantee the results expected by the User, and accessing the Website under such circumstances is entirely at the User's risk.
• By using the Site, Application, or Services, the User agrees that any legal remedy or liability sought for actions or omissions of other Members, including the service provider registered with the Website or other third parties linked to the Website, shall be limited to claims against the particular party that may have caused any harm. You agree not to attempt to impose liability on or seek any legal remedy from the Website regarding such actions or omissions.

The Website may, in whole or in part, modify, discontinue, change, or alter the services ordered or the User's Account registered with the Website without notifying the User. The Website may or may not provide notice or give any reason for such actions taken.

Any violation of the conditions outlined in these Terms will result in the immediate cancellation of the User's Registration if they are registered with the Website. The Website reserves the right to terminate and take action immediately if:

• The Website cannot verify or authenticate the Registration data or any other pertinent information provided by the User.
• The Website believes that the User's actions may lead to legal liability for the Website, other Users, or any service provider associated with the Website.
• The Website suspects that the User has submitted false and misleading Registration Data, or that there is interference with other Users or the administration of services, or that the User has breached the privacy policy outlined by the Website.

For the Service Provider, including the Astrologer, you acknowledge and agree that your relationship with the Website is confined to being a member, and you represent yourself exclusively and for your benefit. The Website may terminate and deactivate the Profile of any service provider for any violation of these Terms and the Service Terms and Conditions agreed upon between the parties during the registration of the data by that Service Provider.

• No refund shall be processed on the order of any reports under any circumstances if the order has reached the "processing" (Assigned to an Astrologer) stage. The risk and liability of placing an order hastily and carelessly lie with the User, and the Website is not responsible for any refund once the processing stage has started.
• No refund shall be processed once the Order has been placed and executed. However, if the User intends to cancel a successfully placed order before execution, the User is required to contact the customer care team within 1 (one) hour of making the payment, whereafter it is totally at the discretion of the Website whether to issue refund.
• Any technical delay or glitch reported in the Website during the processing of the request which includes generating reports by the service provider i.e. Astrologer shall not be eligible for claiming refund. The User agrees that the timelines are approximate and all essentials steps would be taken to adhere to the timelines as displayed.
• No refund shall be processed for incorrect information or data provided by You. The User agrees to be careful while providing any information to the Website and must re-check the information before clicking "Submit". Changes to incorrect information can be requested within 1 (one) hour of service execution through customer care.
• For payment gateway related issues:
  • If your bank account appears debited, do not make a second payment. Contact customer care immediately to confirm the payment.
  • If your bank account is not debited, you may initiate a fresh transaction.
  • Multiple payments for the same order will be refunded in full without deductions.
• Refund eligibility and process:
  • Network issues affecting chat/call quality
  • Consultant unable to communicate in profile-specified language
  • Excessive response delays from consultant
  • Irrelevant or inappropriate responses to queries
  • All refunds will be credited to Sanatan Vision wallet
  • Quality audit team may take up to 72 hours to analyze refund requests
• Important notes:
  • No refunds for consultation accuracy
  • Physical products are only delivered within India
  • By requesting a refund, you grant permission for quality audit team to access chat/call recordings
• The Website reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason. If your order is cancelled after payment, the amount will be refunded to your Sanatan Vision wallet.
• For subscription services, pro-rata refunds may be considered for activation delays. Transit damage claims will be handled by the Website and its agencies, with refunds processed within 10 business days upon verification.
• The services and products offered are not substitutes for medical, philosophical, or emotional treatment. The Website assumes no responsibility for astrological effects or product efficacy. Users are advised to exercise discretion in their purchases.

The User (including the astrologer and the Member Customer) is obligated not to infringe upon the privacy policy, terms and conditions, and any other stipulations set forth on the Website. The User represents that they are an individual and not a corporation or any other legal business entity. The right to utilize the Website's services is personal to the User. While using the Website and engaging in any form of communication on any of the forums, including the products listed on the Website, the User shall not violate the terms and conditions, which include:

• The User shall not post, publish, or transmit any messages that are false, misleading, defamatory, harmful, threatening, abusive, harassing, invasive of another's privacy, offensive, promote racism, hatred, or harm against any individual, group, religion, or caste, infringe upon another's rights including any intellectual property rights or copyright or trademark, violate or encourage any conduct that would breach any applicable laws or regulations or could lead to civil liability.
• The User shall not upload, post, or otherwise make available any content that they do not have the right to share under any law or contractual or fiduciary relationships.
• The User shall not upload, post, or otherwise make available any content that infringes upon any patent, trademark, trade secret, copyright, or other proprietary rights of any party. However, the User may post excerpts of copyrighted material as long as they comply with Fair Use guidelines.
• The User shall not collect screen names and email addresses of members registered on the Website for the purposes of advertisement, solicitation, or spam.
• The User shall not send unsolicited emails, junk mail, spam, chain letters, or promotions or advertisements for products or services.
• The User shall not upload or distribute files that contain viruses, corrupted files, or any other similar software or programs that may harm the operation of the Website or another computer.
• The User shall not engage in any activity that disrupts or interferes with access to the Website.
• The User shall not attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part or feature of the Website, any other systems or networks connected to the Website, or any of the services offered on or through the Website, by hacking, password mining, or any other illegitimate means.
• The User shall not violate any applicable laws or regulations currently in effect within or outside India. The use and continued use of the Website is contingent upon, but not limited to, using the services for personal use.
• The User shall not resell or commercially exploit the Services without the express written consent of the Website.
• The User shall not breach these Terms, including but not limited to any applicable Additional terms of the Website referenced herein or elsewhere.
• The User shall not reverse engineer, modify, copy, distribute, transmit, display, perform, reproduce, publish, license, create derivative works from, transfer, or sell any information or software acquired from the Website.

By becoming a Registered member of the Website, the User agrees to the following situations, which are not exhaustive and may include services incidental to those mentioned below: -

• The User agrees to receive communications through the app/website via email, SMS, or any other communication medium, including WhatsApp Business Messages, concerning the use of the app/website.
• The User agrees not to transmit any unlawful, harassing, libelous, abusive, threatening, harmful, vulgar, obscene, or otherwise objectionable material of any kind through the Website.
• The User shall not transmit any material that promotes conduct that could constitute a criminal offense, result in civil liability, or otherwise violate any applicable local, state, national, or international law or regulation. Attempts to gain unauthorized access to other computer systems are strictly prohibited.
• The User shall not interfere with other members' use or enjoyment of the Website or Services.
• The User is obligated to report any misuse or abuse of the Site. If you observe any abuse or misuse of the Site or any violation of this Agreement, you must promptly report such violations to the Website by contacting Customer Care. Upon receiving such a complaint, the Website may investigate the matter and, if necessary, may terminate the membership of the Member responsible for such violation, abuse, or misuse without refunding the subscription fee.
• Any false complaint submitted by a Member may result in the termination of that Member's membership without any refund of the subscription fee.
• The Website reserves the right to withdraw its services from any customer who is deemed unreasonable or abusive during their interactions with the Service Provider, including the astrologer, regardless of the circumstances.

While the Website will take all necessary measures to address any situation that violates the above obligations, if the situation is beyond control, the Website reserves the right to issue a written warning thereafter. Repeated violations by the User may result in a complete ban on transactions on the platform for that User. If there is any balance remaining in the User's wallet, it will be refunded, subject to any other applicable charges for such violations.

The User is required to provide their banking information whenever requested. For this purpose, the User's obligations are:

The User agrees that the debit/credit card details provided by them for the use of the aforementioned Service(s) must be correct and accurate, and that the User shall not use a debit/credit card that is not lawfully owned by them or that has not been authorized for use by the lawful owner. The User further agrees and commits to providing valid and accurate debit/credit card details.

The User may pay the fees required for the Website using a debit/credit card or through an online banking account. The User warrants, agrees, and confirms that when they initiate a payment transaction and/or issue an online payment instruction and provide their card/bank details:

• The User is fully and legally authorized to use the credit/debit card and bank account for such transactions.
• The User is responsible for ensuring that the card/bank account details provided by them are correct.
• The User is responsible for ensuring that there is sufficient credit available on the nominated card/bank account at the time of making the payment to cover the dues or bills selected by the User, including any applicable fees.

The User further agrees that if any part of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable under applicable law, including but not limited to the warranty disclaimers and liability limitations stated herein, then the invalid or unenforceable provision will be replaced by a valid, enforceable provision that most closely aligns with the original intent, and the rest of these Terms shall remain in effect.

These Terms of Service apply to all users of Metadee AI Private Limited. Information provided by our users through the Sanatan Vision Service may include links to third-party websites that are neither owned nor controlled by Sanatan Vision. Sanatan Vision has no control over and assumes no responsibility for the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party websites.

Furthermore, Sanatan Vision does not take on any liability for any errors, misinterpretations of law, defamation, omissions, falsehoods, obscenities, pornography, or profanity in the statements, opinions, representations, or any other forms of third-party content on the Site, as well as that of its users. Additionally, Sanatan Vision will not and cannot censor or edit the content of any users or third-party sites.

By using the Service, you expressly acknowledge and agree that Sanatan Vision shall not be held responsible for any damages, claims, or other liabilities arising from or related to your use of any content and third-party websites. You understand that the information and opinions in the content solely represent the thoughts of the author and are neither endorsed by nor do they necessarily reflect Sanatan Vision's beliefs.

We do not represent or warrant that the Sanatan Vision Site will be free of errors, viruses, or other harmful components, nor that any defects will be corrected. We do not guarantee that the information available on or through Sanatan Vision will be correct, accurate, timely, or otherwise reliable.

We may alter the features, functionality, or content of the Sanatan Vision at any time. We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to edit or remove any documents, information, or other content displayed on the Site.

Sanatan Vision retains the right, at any time and from time to time, to modify or discontinue, temporarily or permanently, the Services and/or Sites (or any part thereof) with or without notice. Sanatan Vision shall not be liable to you or any third party for any modifications, suspensions, or discontinuations of the Service or any Sites.

Any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to these Terms, including the determination of the scope or applicability of these Terms to arbitration, or your use of the Application or the information provided, shall be resolved through arbitration in India, before a sole arbitrator mutually appointed by the Members and the Website. Arbitration shall be conducted in accordance with the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996. The seat of such arbitration shall be New Delhi. All proceedings of the arbitration, including, but not limited to, any awards, shall be conducted in the English language. The award shall be final and binding on the parties involved in the dispute.

Notwithstanding the above, either party retains the right to seek any interim or preliminary relief from a court of competent jurisdiction in New Delhi to protect the rights of that party pending the completion of any arbitration under these terms, and both parties agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of India, with venue in New Delhi, for any such proceedings. If either party initiates an action contrary to this provision, the other party may recover attorney's fees and costs up to One Lakh Rupees.

These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to any choice of law principles that would mandate the application of the laws of a different jurisdiction. If a court of competent jurisdiction determines that any provision or portion of these Terms or Privacy Policy is unenforceable or invalid, that provision shall be modified and interpreted to achieve the best possible outcome for the original intent of that unenforceable or invalid provision within the limits of applicable law, and the remainder of the Terms or Privacy Policy, as applicable, shall remain in full force and effect. Headings are for reference only and do not define, limit, construe, or describe the scope or extent of that section. Any waiver of any provision of the Terms will only be effective if it is in writing and signed by Sanatan Vision. These Terms represent the entire agreement between the parties concerning the subject matter herein and supersede and replace all prior or contemporaneous understandings or agreements, whether written or oral, regarding such subject matter.

These Terms and your use of the Services will be construed in accordance with the laws of India, excluding its conflict of laws rules. The parties agree to submit any disputes arising under these Terms to the jurisdiction of a court located in New Delhi for any actions where the parties retain the right to seek injunctive or other equitable relief in a court of competent jurisdiction to prevent actual or threatened infringement, misappropriation, or violation of any party's copyrights, trademarks, trade secrets, patents, or other intellectual property rights.
